Collections & Availability
When will new pieces be available?
I update the shop every day — new pieces, restocks, and surprises are added regularly. The best thing to do is check back often, and follow along on Instagram where I share previews and behind-the-scenes as things are being made.
Can I request a custom design?
I'm not currently taking custom commissions, but I genuinely love hearing your ideas — if a particular concept comes up often enough, it often inspires the next collection. Please don't hesitate to share what you have in mind. Even if I can't make it just for you right now, your idea might shape something beautiful for everyone.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — I ship worldwide. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely, no matter where in the world you are. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Most pieces are made to order, so please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your order ships. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Production
How long does production take?
Each piece is handcrafted with care — production takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the time your order is placed. I'll keep you updated throughout, and you're always welcome to reach out with questions.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit and debit cards via secure card payment. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely at checkout.
